  • Covid 19 (Coronavirus) and Mental Health

    We are living in challenging times, and many people are feeling uncertain, confused and in some cases quite distressed.  Many are facing difficult situations with their work and businesses.   At the same time, we are also seeing some of the best of humanity, as people work together to support those in need and the vulnerable.

    Our team of psychologists and therapists would like to offer our support to those finding things difficult just now, and so have pulled together some useful links. 
  • Good Mental Health Online

    One of our Associates, Sheila van Tol, is an experienced psychotherapist and has written a piece for Mental Health week with advice about keeping well online.  Sheila has been working with clients online throughout the pandemic and is highly skilled in therapy and counselling.  Below, she explores some of the reasons for feeling "out of sync" and looks at issues around social media.  She gives some practical tips to help keep well during these times of isolation and quarantine, but also as we return to a new way of living and working.
